Another cool Aircraft to check out.
The web link is a video from one of my favorite on line Aviation news sources. However thinking back to the generation of the Premier and the Premier 1/1A there had to be new technology to bring the aircraft off the drawing board. Hawker has laid a lot of its work force off since the economy has declined. Several people that I know have been laid off. Cessna has laid off a large number of its work force as well.
And now an update on the HONDA JET! this is neat.
I say it is time for DC to head to ICT to meet the people they have hurt the most!

Doing my part to spread the word that Aviation is not so bad
I have been telling people that we will see a bobble in aviation the latter part of 2009. We are seeing it in the business aircraft market. Companies that have money are looking for good deals and finding them. So what we are seeing are pre-buys and title transfers. This does not mean Aviation is on the rebound it means we need to see how 2010 treats the industry. I have been doing what I can trying to keep people working.
I would still like to see the President travel to ICT to see first hand the damage he has done to Aviation.

it has been a while!
I have been off chasing other things the last few months. However Aviation still needs my support. I have watched some videos that state areas of concern and improvement. DC is still not a friend of aviation! They want to turn a blind eye to the damage they have done!
It is clear that we could add Jobs back in to the industry we could put a lot of people back to work! Since flying is coming down to private (small aircraft), airlines and military aviation. Soon we will not have pilots to support our need for fast transportation (Aviation)! Soon we will lose more and more mechanics.
Oh well what does it matter!

President considers Wichita invite?
Dear Mr. President,
I know we do not see eye to eye! I hope that you travel to Wichita and see what you and congress have done to Aviation! I know that you see the good for all but you do not know what your words have done to the good working people of aviation! You have forced good companies to rethink their aircraft purchases. I agree that there have been some bad people doing bad things with money and aircraft. That is not everyone! But you and your group of statesmen have made good companies walk away from Corporate Aircraft purchase to keep out of the spot light so to speak. I want you to understand that Aviation is not the auto business it just does not bounce back over night. We look at a comeback over years! Not days or moths like you have talked about with GM and that other car company.
Also note that the one asset that we sell the most outside of the United States is AIRCRAFT! When you hurt aviation it hurts the overall economy as well!
I am betting if you understood what you have done to your union brothers and sisters you may rethink your words about aircraft and how evil they are.
What will you do next? Cash for clunker aircraft addition? How would that work?

It is nice to see the state stepping up and saying something good about Aviation when DC will not! If DC had its way we would not have aviation as an industry anymore.

It is nice to know that someone out there gets it! It is tuff to say if the rest of DC gets it! How about updating the FAA with Stim-Money? I have heard that user-fees have been put on hold. I wonder where that is going?
And now a word from the user fees lady!
I am not a fan of Marion Blakey. She was pushing GA user fees when she was the head of the FAA. I have heard her speak and I felt she was a bit out of touch then with respect to General Aviation. To be fare and to post everything to keep both of you aware of the Aviation news!
